Art Night Out: Art Night Out: Botanical Chocolate Art with Rosemallow

Decorate your own chocolates with edible botanicals with chef Lani Fox! Join us for an evening at the museum where art, flavor, and creativity blend into a delightful experience! Renowned chef and artist Lani Fox of Rosemallow will take you on an intimate exploration of her chocolate craftsmanship, sharing insights into her unique artistic process and passion for culinary design.
 

During this workshop, you'll first enjoy a presentation where Lani will reveal the inspiration behind her stunning chocolate creations. Learn about her techniques, artistic philosophy, and the world of chocolate as an art form.

The second half of the evening is a hands-on chocolate decorating adventure! Using an array of colorful sugars and edible botanical ingredients—both fresh and dried—you'll personalize your very own chocolates. Each participant will receive a small box to decorate and fill with their custom-crafted sweet masterpieces.
