Vice-President\, Cal Poly Pomona\; From CCC\, Dr. Geraldine Perri\, Superintendent/President\, Citrus Community Colletge\, will make up the panel to discuss this question. The president of the Board of Trustees\, Citrus College and leader of the local League Study of Higher Education will moderate the panel. This is a League of Women Voters 'Food for Thought' public meeting.  It will be followed by further study sessions on March 17 and April 14 when LWV members will respond  to consensus questions to work toward the development of a State pposition on Higher Education..
