DESCRIPTION:Local Artists to Take Over Museum for One Day in Free 4 All\nLocal artists will take over the Claremont Lewis Museum of Art for a one-day pop-up show on Saturday\, August 24\, 4-9 p.m. With no fees to exhibit and no gatekeepers to decide who is allowed to show their work\, hundreds of artists are expected to participate. Free 4 All is a commitment to unfiltered community building.\n\n\n	Artists of all ages are invited to deliver ready-to-hang work to the Museum on Friday\, August 23\, 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.\n	Only one artwork per artist will be accepted. \n	Work must be able to hang from one nail on the wall (no pedestal or floor displays). \n	Size is limited to 30" in any direction\n	Must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience.\n\n\n\nCLMA will celebrate the amazing cultural bounty that surrounds us with free admission to the Museum\, refreshments available from partners Pizza N Such and Claremont Craft Ales on the Depot Plaza and a musical performance by Wait.Think.Fast.\n\n\n\nThe galleries will be filled with artwork by area artists and Curious Publishing will be showcasing art and zines from local artists in the Baldonado Atrium.\n\n\n\nThe Museum would not exist without the support of a robust artist community. This exhibition is designed to foster that community by bringing together people of diverse backgrounds\, generations\, and talents.\n\n\n\nThe Museum is located in the historic Claremont Depot at 200 W.
