This two-hour webinar covers basic requirements and best practices for identifying, preventing, and investigating the many forms of harassment. It's presented by certified HR Pros and includes an overview of pertinent laws, case scenario discussions, attendee polls, and a Q&A session.

The webinar is designed to address matters of harassment in the workplace and to meet current training requirements in California for all employers with 5+ employees.

Please note that while this training meets the requirements for California employees of all levels, our focus is on providing guidance for supervisory employees and the situations in which they may need to apply the information.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
In order to receive a certificate of attendance, each attendee will need to:

• Use the unique login link emailed after registration
• Attend from an individual laptop or PC
• Be present and interact for the full two-hour session
