Join Personal Trainer, Stephanie Frescas for an exhilarating morning of physical exercise, good company, and health eating tips and snacks. Bring a Pilates mat and a towel or borrow a chair from the host if you need a modified option and connect with Nature. Enjoy the spirit of namaste. Beginners welcome.
