OPARC’s HeartBEAT Festival returns on September 23, 2023! You will not want to miss this lively event at the beautiful Sontag Outdoor Theater in Claremont, CA! Come enjoy some great music, food, and kick up your heels while supporting a great cause.
The “Rolling Heartbreakers,” a Rolling Stones and Tom Petty tribute band, will be our headliner and “The MLC Band” and "Solid Ray Woods" will open the festival with music from the 50s to current day hits!
