This event is sponsored by The Body Center Physical Therapy and Pilates.

The Body Center will be hosting a FREE group walking program: Every Monday and Friday morning at 6:15 am, join our physical therapist, Sara Jacobs, for a 30-40 minute (2-mile) walk around Claremont neighborhood. Please meet in front of the building.
