Repertory Opera Company is inaugurating its new concert opera series with Verdi's grand masterpiece: Don Carlo. Don Carlo marks the beginning of the true glory of his operas. The duet between Don Carlo and Rodrigo is heroic brilliance. The arias "Ella giammai m'amo" for the bass and The Veil Song and "O don fatale" for the mezzo are among the most beautiful arias in all their repertoire.
