Description
Andrea Moreno, a member of Los Angeles County District One Supervisor Hilda Solis's staff, will discuss "The 2020 Census."
Ms. Moreno is the Director of the East San Gabriel Valley/Pomona Regional Office. The census, mandated every ten years by the U.S. Constitution provides data that determines the number of seats each state has in the U.S. House of Representatives and also is used to distribute federal funds to local communities.
