- Coach and keynote presenter for Tom Ferry (2007-2009)
- Created short sale designation that grew to 11,000 members nationally
- Speaker since 2010 at C.A.R. Expo (large annual event, 6 years in a row)
- M.A.P.S. Coach with Keller Williams and Master Faculty trainer from 2010-2015
- Created and fulfilled Relevant Agent mastermind/group coaching program 2013-2015
- Head trainer/coach for The Associates Realty Group brokerage
